Executive Coaching
“There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening, that is translated through you into action.”
— Martha Graham
Leadership isn't a set of skills you add to. It's a capacity you deepen.
I work with CEOs, founders, and senior executives who are effective and successful yet ready for the next level and willing to do what it takes to get there.
At this level, it’s about expanding and deepening capacity. We work at three levels simultaneously: The Inner Game, The Outer Game, and The Bigger Game.
This integral approach is practical, transformational, generative.
Before we go further.
I don't work with leaders who want to be told what to do.
I don't work with leaders who want validation for a decision already made. Or with leaders who aren't ready to look honestly at their own patterns and their own contribution to reality.
None of that is a judgment. It's a description of what this work requires.
Bring the real, the raw, the uncomfortable. The genuine doubt, not the confident presentation of it. The pattern you've noticed but haven't wanted to admit. The decision that went wrong and the underlying truths you want to discover. The greater vision and the fears that hold you back.
Do that and I'll help you move through it, learn, and build new perspectives and behaviors.
We work at three levels:
Inner Game — The Source and Capacity
Everything starts here.
Who you are and who you’re becoming. The motivations driving your choices. The values, beliefs, focus of attention, and gifts you're operating from. The patterns and stories that have been running so long you've stopped noticing them. The suppressed, repressed, and rejected qualities inside you.
Some of those patterns built what you've built. Some are quietly working against what you're building now. Learn to tell the difference and see the costs.
Recognize, develop, and integrate the vast resources and energy you have haven’t touched yet.
Your well-being lives here too. Not as a goal to optimize. As the foundation without which none of the rest of this holds.
Outer Game — The Action and Expression
This is your leadership in action.
The decisions you make and the ones you keep deferring. The conversations that move things and the ones generating friction. The culture you're building consciously and the one you're building by accident.
We work on the real issues. Not only the ones you walked in with but, more importantly, the ones underneath them. Go there and the durable change follows.
Bigger Game — The Ripple Effect and Meaning
This is the question that makes the other two matter.
What are you truly building? For whom? Why does it really matter? This is where strategy and meaning stop being separate conversations. Where the work you do on yourself connects directly to the organization and life you're building. Where impact becomes value. Where engagement become full aliveness.
Pull one thread and the others move. Work all three and the leverage compounds.
What shifts?
Make bolder decisions with clarity rather than incremental management of uncertainty.
Build a culture that becomes a true regenerative asset rather than something you're holding together.
Lead with both authority and humanity not one at the expense of the other.
Build something lasting with people you wholeheartedly choose.
Feel fully engaged with your work and fully alive as a leader, in a way that achievement alone has never quite delivered.
Create momentum that doesn't require you to be in every room.
Forge the trust and ownership that creates coherence and efficiency rather than tolerating drama and meeting overload.
"When you open yourself to the continually changing, impermanent, dynamic nature of your own being and of reality, you increase your capacity to love and care about other people — and your capacity to not be afraid." — Pema Chödrön
How we work: Rigorous. Personalized. Built around what you need.
Every engagement is different. What doesn't change is the quality of attention and the commitment to working on what matters, not what's comfortable.
Discovery We start by understanding where you've been, where you're going, and what's in the way. This isn't intake. It's the first real conversation — and you'll leave with something useful from it.
Assessment and Reflection Using the Leadership Circle Profile or interview 360 feedback and the Enneagram, we build a clear picture of your full leadership landscape. Strengths, patterns, shadows, edges. Not to label you. To see you clearly so we can work from what's here and how to expand and transcend to who you are becoming.
The Work Regular one-on-one sessions on your most pressing challenges, the ones underneath them, and the meaning for it all. Inner game, outer game, bigger game.
Integration Insight without practice fades. We build experiments and structures that translate understanding into new practices and behaviors. This becomes self-transforming and regenerative growth.
Completion We close by taking stock of how far you've come, what's shifted, and what you're walking toward.
